i recently completed a stay. i found certain aspects did not fully meet expectations. service during peak hours was slow. securing a drink at the restaurant proved challenging, especially when busy. this issue needs addressing to improve satisfaction. the absence of readily available baby changing facilities near the pool was an oversight. the changing area seemed inaccessible. it needs to be more user-friendly for families.

I loved the daily breakfast buffet. It featured many choices, and the food tasted fresh. the hotel location on the palm offered calm beach access. the staff were always very friendly, especially at the front desk. i had a smooth check-in and check-out process!
I thought the gym could use a couple more weight machines. It felt a bit limited during peak hours!

The food included with the dinner bed and breakfast option was quite good.
I was not impressed with some aspects. The room cleanliness was not up to standard. I found nail clippings in the bathroom. I also observed dirty hand prints on the hairdryer. I think that the customer service could improve. No manager reached out after my complaint.
